She/they.
Tom Sturridge crushed it as Morpheus. I hope to see him in more roles. #morpheus #thesandman #tomsturridge

Another portrait of Day. This one was actually drawn before the one of him in color. #appletv #foundationtvseries #leepace

I think the President of the US responding to a question about the murder of a journalist with "A lot of people didn't like that gentleman" is probably pretty bad.

Every once in awhile, I think of my favorite “…the fuck did you just say?” phraseology, which is from Homer’s Iliad, proving we have never, ever changed as a species, only less fancily inclined.

“What nonsense has escaped the barrier of your teeth now?”

A key point in Fahrenheit 451 is that books were banned because they made people depressed and uncomfortable. The novel's protagonist, Montag, is taken into custody after he reads a poem that makes a woman cry because she realizes the emptiness of her life.

I think a lot of the terror of the modern age can be understood by the fact that the Internet accelerated the development of the worst type of person, the "Anti-Intellectual Nerd."

I cried yesterday after reading about the very first Christmas tree erected in Rockefeller Center. It was started by a bunch of Italian-American construction workers in the depths of the Great Depression. They decorated it with paper garlands, a little tinsel, some tin cans. Phenomenal.

I've been thinking about this poem by Langston Hughes recently and although it was published in 1931, it remains relevant as ever.

Society hasn’t learned yet that there is no 7 second delay on Cher.

SHE’S CHER FOR FUCKS SAKE!
.@Cher dropping an F bomb on ⁦‪@TODAYshow‬⁩ (what Lucille Ball told her when she was leaving Sonny) is so much better than ring kissers on Morning No. 🎤

What was the last small, unnecessary “bougie” item you purchased to chase the phantom of luxury/distract yourself from the horrors? Mine was a small jar of ginger infused honey from the grocery store.

The first time I saw the painting “Mt. Equinox, Winter” by Rockwell Kent was in the Art Institute of Chicago and I cried.
