As an aside from yesterday - Bernardo Silva should have been sent off for simulation when Trossard tossed the ball at him. Already on a booking when he did it, very clear line of sight for the referee that it hit his hand and he fell down holding his face.

I’m frustrated but strangely hopeful after that. PSG were done after 25 mins and Arsenal learnt how to play them. If we’d taken our chances it’s 2-1, thank you very much, see you in Paris

I’m frustrated but strangely hopeful after that. PSG were done after 25 mins and Arsenal learnt how to play them. If we’d taken our chances it’s 2-1, thank you very much, see you in Paris

With the Havertz injury news I think Arsenal are going to have to adapt to survive. Quick thought would be a 352. Do we have the capacity to change formation/the way we play? Lean into where we have an excess of players and also freshen up our approach at the same time? Thoughts on this gooners:

I just think we’ll have to change to a 352 at some point. Can’t play Trossard/Nwaneri/Sterling every game and don’t think KT/Zinny will offer enough on the flanks for what we need. Something like below with KT/Zinny as further rotation. Just have to lean into where we do have players!
