Couldn’t get an appointment so I played Lego Batman in the public area. I chose Dark Knight mode which limits your lives and health bar — felt like an adorable Arkham game. Lots of muscle memory there if you’ve played the Rocksteady series.

Played Silksong! Specifically, the Moss Grotto demo, which ends with the Moss Mother fight. Hornet is suffering some kind of fatigue, and falls in front of a mysterious NPC. Seems like a continuation of everything the first game was good at!

Also, I was playing on a review unit PS5, arguably the oldest possible version of the console, and it was silky smooth (and bloody stunning) throughout. I'm sure it looks immense on the Pro, but just in case anyone was worried about visual compromise... nope!

It's a humble side operation (with no ads!), but Postmode also got its first Wikipedia citation last year, and Google is paying me compliments in the search console... so that's something!
