Death Stranding 2 is easily another GOTY contender. Pure unhinged Kojima at his best. Several moments where we had to pause the game because we were laughing too hard. Overall a strong message that maybe the solution to all of this is to touch some grass and get the fuck off the internet.

I know I’m extremely late to the party on this one but Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is EXACTLY my kind of shit and an early contender for my GOTY. If like me you like to spend hours at the beginning of FF8 grinding at the beach so you utterly break the game before disc 2 this is the game for you.

I think I actually prefer Replicant to Automata! Part of it is the party, what other games teams you up with a gay skeleton, intersex wine mom, and Illidan but he’s a talking book? Yoko Taro is one of the best to ever do it and for more reasons than just butt androids, please do all the endings.
