My partner hosts a cookie swap around Christmas every year. This year, she opted to try her hand at candied oranges. It took a couple of attempts and a bit more science than we initially expected, but they came out perfectly.

My partner was on a clean today and discovered this abandoned kitten, officially bringing our feline tally up to three. No clue what we'll name her, any suggestions?

I've been playing pictionary on my phone to force myself to draw. The combo of no prior experience and rudimentary tools had helped open me up a bit

After 17 years we had to say goodbye to our cat, Ego. We got him the day after our wedding. He was with us as we learned how to be grownups. He was with us as we made houses into homes, and when the hairless noisy cat (our son) joined us. May your next life be filled with tuna, catnip, and love.

I'm sitting at a coffee waiting for my drawing class to start. This week's homework was #drawing two handbags. These were supposed to be #contourline drawings, but I really only began grasping the depth of the concept last night after watching some videos.

I saw a version of this in my IG feed and desperately wanted one, but without paying for it. I only had to buy $120 in tools to make it. :P
