How I got through yesterday: Went to child's basketball game. Got a laugh from parent (who was just told to "RTO" to the DOD subcontractor position that they had been hired as full remotr) when I called @schumer.senate.gov a feckless twerp. Peloton for 45m. Made penne alla vecchia with other child.
