Yes, because it pulls a profit and is one of the most highly rated titles in the UK print media. And you still can’t tell the difference between owning and producing.

I think you’re easily confused between owning and producing. They don’t mean the same thing.

Not sure and would love to see any data. I gave up by breaking habits. A cig with a beer, a cig with a coffee. A cig arriving at work. Over the course of 6 weeks, I broke this habit down. And was able to live smoke free. 17 years, 2 months.

No it’s not. It’s owned by DMG (Daily Mail Group), but is produced by people working solely for the I paper. Since 2015 it hasn’t endorsed a political party and didn’t endorse Leave or Remain in 2016. Editor, Oliver Duff has worked for the Independent since 2002.

Taking a deep interest in County Cricket. Developing a deep love of @gloscricket.bsky.social and trying to find inspiration for cricket related poetry.

In fairness, the I newspaper led with this on Saturday’s front page

Ok. That made me cackle!
November 11, 2025 at 10:46 PM
I found my crowd! Yay!!
November 9, 2025 at 8:20 PM
That’s me all over, I’m afraid. I’ll apologise in advance.

I’m with you.

When I laugh, I do sometimes have a loud laugh. Sometimes it booms. Sometimes it sounds like Muttley the Dog. I’m trying to get a quieter laugh.

But likewise, I ain’t driving when I sneeze.

Truth is spoken here ⬆️

I’m sorry! My sneezes can sometimes be huge. It’s just how they come out and it’s not affectation at all…
November 9, 2025 at 5:54 PM
Will that help with your quest to takeover Castle Grayskull?
November 8, 2025 at 5:51 PM
Quite!
November 8, 2025 at 3:54 PM
He’d have succeeded too if wasn’t for them pesky kids…
November 8, 2025 at 3:50 PM
And of course, it would be rude not to cop a feel first…😉

But that’s just it. The BBC has been infiltrated by senior Tories. So any notion of it being a ‘leftist propaganda machine’, is like everything that Leavitt says, fucking laughable.
November 8, 2025 at 11:45 AM
And yet Tories are in senior management positions, like Tim Davie and Robbie Gibb. ‘Leftist propaganda machine’? Don’t make me laugh.
November 8, 2025 at 11:44 AM
Thanks Peter. Likewise, I love your output. I’m a libdem voter and was a little nonplussed at the alarm clock Britain nomenclature. I see what Clegg was getting at, but could have just said, “the employed.”
November 6, 2025 at 8:12 AM
Rehashing what Nick Clegg coined in 2010/11

I hope you’re right @warrenoates1.bsky.social. But Labour’s government communications have been woefully bad since entering Downing Street. And every progressive, Labour, Lib Dem, Green, SNP, Plaid voter must do what they can to call out Reform’s bullshit and consign them to history.
October 31, 2025 at 9:44 PM
And I thought @itvpeston.bsky.social was a journalist of integrity. Here’s a piece of advice: call racism racism and don’t apologise for it. Racists have to be called out for their vile world view. It really isn’t hard.

100 x 2 =200
7 + 7 =14
200 - 14 =186

Steady on. It’s a joke.
