Not sure and would love to see any data. I gave up by breaking habits. A cig with a beer, a cig with a coffee. A cig arriving at work. Over the course of 6 weeks, I broke this habit down. And was able to live smoke free. 17 years, 2 months.

No it’s not. It’s owned by DMG (Daily Mail Group), but is produced by people working solely for the I paper. Since 2015 it hasn’t endorsed a political party and didn’t endorse Leave or Remain in 2016. Editor, Oliver Duff has worked for the Independent since 2002.

I hope you’re right @warrenoates1.bsky.social. But Labour’s government communications have been woefully bad since entering Downing Street. And every progressive, Labour, Lib Dem, Green, SNP, Plaid voter must do what they can to call out Reform’s bullshit and consign them to history.

And I thought @itvpeston.bsky.social was a journalist of integrity. Here’s a piece of advice: call racism racism and don’t apologise for it. Racists have to be called out for their vile world view. It really isn’t hard.
