Desolate But Beautiful December 2022 Traditional, pen and colored pencil A Patreon reward commission. Features a multicolored greenish swamp landscape with cyprus trees grown of reddish-brown wood spread out across the environment amongst the moss-covered water and the low-level land. Moss and lichens also hang from some of the branches higher up on the trees. The bright green grassy areas are dotted with strange and colorful mushrooms, with odd black robes donning yellow trims lay eerily across various parts of the ground and tree roots. Above are elegant hanging lanterns with calming orange glows, and little fireflies gently float around the lanterns.

This one was so fun to work on and I'm super proud of the linework and lighting/shading elements. And with that, I introduce everyone to Entry #7: A Grimm Omen!
The Vessel & The Vespid #7: A Grimm Omen July 2025 Traditional, pen and colored pencils Inspired from the game Hollow Knight, features two characters called the Knight and Hornet. Similar to the perspective choice of Remembrance, viewed from a lower angle, this piece features a large figure of the Knight draped in his blue cloak looking up. He carries a very well-crafted nail on his back. A bit further away from him is Hornet, draped in her flowing maroon cloak, as she wields her needle and is also looking up. What they are looking at is a strange and oddly-designed tower from which a bright red flame sprouts between its tendrils at the top. On the floor next to the tower is a strange hemisphere container with odd glowing red orbs within it. In the background stand tall and ornate structures, as if to hold up the cave itself, the structures themselves which are surrounded by stalactites and blue shells. The atmosphere would overall be dark and somewhat devoid of color, if not for the large and bright red flame atop the tower casting off brilliant light on its surroundings and the characters. And floating around the space as well are a variety of red dreamcatcher-like particles.

These three #HollowKnight #art pieces took longer to draw but my style had also become much more refined. The perspectives and movement feel more different and unique in terms of the approaches I wanted to take. Especially that last one! The Collapse was hard to finalize!
The Vessel & the Vespid #4: Battle Before The Queen December 2021 Traditional, pen and colored pencils Inspired from the game Hollow Knight, features two characters called the Knight and Hornet. The two bug-like characters stand on a platform with weapons in hand, the former with a small form and ragged dark blue cloak and short but sharp nail, and the latter with a taller and leaner build and flowering maroon cloak and long thread-like needle. The platform they stand on has almost hexagonal-like shape protrusions across its entire length. Surrounding them are a flurry of small and large bee-like creatures with dark violet-esque bodies and black and yellow stripes. They also appear to have rather small wings compared to their massive bodies but are nonetheless capable of flying. On the left side of the piece is a very large, anthropoid bee with no wings and blueish armor on its appendages wields a long and thin needle as it prepares to battle its foes. In the background stands a massive but frozen bee, its arms crossed over its chest and head. It dons a massive violet-esque mane and multiple eyes that appear grayed out or even dead. Strange lanterns hang from the ceiling with glowing yellow light, as do odd stalactites. Quartz-looking yellow pillars stick up from the platform and below from the ceiling, and honeycomb-like lineless structures cover the background. The whole scene is draped in golden light that glows on the characters, the bees, and the environmental elements. The Vessel & the Vespid #5: Lament September 2022 Traditional, pen and colored pencils Inspired from the game Hollow Knight, features two characters called the Knight and Hornet. The large structure covering most of the left and center of the piece is a dark greenish-blue cocoon, with a strange vine and scale-like exterior portions. In the opening of the cocoon, a small Knight draped in his blue cloak stands and looks up at an ethereal white being with tendril-like hair and appendages; she is wrapped in dark blue bindings but appears to be calm and at peace. Outside the cocoon, where little glowing balls float all around, stands Hornet as she bows to a fallen deceased figure slumped near the entrance to the cocoon. The figure Hornet addresses has three prominent horns and a pure white body with clothing reminiscent of armor. Lush and colorful green grasses and flora elements surround the cocoon in both the foreground and the background. The Vessel & the Vespid #6: The Collapse March 2023 Traditional, pen and colored pencils Inspired from the game Hollow Knight, features two characters called the Knight and Hornet, two bug-like characters with distinctive horns on their heads. Draped in a longer maroon cloak and wielding a long nail with a barely visible pink thread extending from the base, Hornet carries and runs with the Knight, who is seemingly somewhat frightened and draped in a shorter ragged dark blue cloak while wielding a short nail with a spiral design. The background is a gray and muted landscape, with various rocks and dark grass blades and dead soil. On the left in the background sits a large cracked cavern-like space with strange teeth around its edges and tendrils attached to various inside segments. The wind blows out from within the “cave” with some pieces breaking off from the structure as it collapses with Hornet and the Knight attempting to escape from said collapse.

Draped in a long red cloak, Hornet is turned towards the viewer. The Knight wears a short blue cloak and holds a map while looking up at a massive golem-like bug-shaped machine. It lays slumped against a wall and the gemstone at the center of its body is cracked, leading it to spew out a vibrant purplish-pink light. The creature sits at the end of a wooden railroad, which Hornet is also standing out. Surrounding the three are dark and unassuming rocks, including a huge backdrop of large and dark boulder behind the golem. The environment is also host to a variety of pinkish crystals that stick out of the ground and parts of the wall. The entire space is very faintly lit up with the glow from these crystals, shining light on the rocks, characters, and overall environment.

My sister's dog is insane too! A Kelpie-Great Pyrenees dominant mix. It gives him a very unique appearance I dare say.

He's crazy rambunctious and playful, but also quite sweet and cuddly.

Esmer is QUITE the mix. Mostly cattle dog (size and fur patterns) and American bulldog (build and head) but she's mixed up with plenty other breeds too.

And she's the sweetest girl you'll ever meet, loves pets and meeting new people and giving kisses to anyone and anything.
