See attached map. In this layout each of the 3 existing leagues get to keep rights to key states that allow them access to American talent. The Q are already looking to add teams in Maine and NH. OHL wants to add Muskegon (MI) and Youngstown (OH). USHL would have ZERO Canadian provinces to draw from

I was all for patience with Yzerman but how is the roster this bad still? Kasper is nice. he's not a 2C. He's 3C on decent teams. The bottom 6 is still really lacking any offensive push at all. I like the young guys but some of them should have been used to get better players than we have now.

Let's just gloss over the fact that the vast majority of CHL clubs don't turn a profit or make hardly any profit at all. But sure, go ahead and simp the billion-dollar complex that is the NCAA and the D1 schools whose entire goal is to print money for capitalist learning institutions.
