Sense checking myself before firing off an email to a US client to make sure there's no US specific term for "tumble dryer" (don't ask) and I'm glad Google has my back.

Found a place in London that does relatively authentic Liuzhou snail rice noodles (柳州螺蛳粉) by Warren Street station.
A famous dish in China but pretty niche - Liuzhou is a little-known (yet 2 million strong) fourth tier city in Guangxi Province in the south. Lived there for a year in 2009!
