It's clear the winner-take-all method in the Electoral College is 👎. Moving to the overall popular vote would require an unlikely amendment. How about a middle ground option? Electoral vote allocated on how candidates perform per state? Eg: a state with 10 that has a 60/40 split would be 6/4.

Instead of working to lower actual housing costs in the long run and providing wealth through equity of home ownership, let's lock folks into mortgages they'll never pay off before retirement-- in the end the banks will win.
