2) If using the NWC wasn't taken lightly, then the gov shouldn't have forced it through in a day. They could've legislated return to work & kept negotiations open. They could've consulted the trans community. Instead, they stifled debate.
They only claim to take it seriously bec people are unhappy.

1) Why does the MLA think policy disagreement isn't a basis for a recall?
If constituents strongly disagree with government policies, then the policies don't represent the constituents. And if the MLA still pushes these policies, then the MLA might not be representative of the people.
