im coming up on the point in my recovery where i need to either ask someone to clip my toenails for me, or i need to go get a pedicure (aka ask someone to professionally clip my toenails for me). both those options feel a bit …. out of reach for different reasons

recovery is hard as hell!! every day i am a bit more mobile, but some stitches have definitely popped and i think i’ll need a revision from that for sure, and my skin graft is having some issues. phalloplasty is truly, truly no joke.
on top of that, sleep is extremely hard to come by!
