This is like saying that a computer virus is truing to engage in spirited discourse with your hard drive. There was nothing "good faith" about Kirk. He was a propagandist hell bent on ruining the lives of people different than him.

Today we were denied entry to an ICE facility in Baltimore where were exercising our oversight role as Members of Congress. The law is clear: ICE is REQUIRED to let us into these facilities.
