I'm not foolish enough to say that there are absolutely no uses to the concept of LLMs. But there are no acceptable uses for the general public. It's just a theft and deception machine now.

That sounds like it could be a problem for a person with more medical degrees than me. I had to get my head shrunk last year, and it's really helped. The bupropion does wonders for my brain.

All I can recommend over the counter is spending time with folks, either in person or over voice ♥

That sentence implies it's Base XIV though, and it's not. It's just XIV without shaders. (This only matters if you get someone asking where to get that new hair in game, and I am mostly teasing.)

Base here is modifying XIV, as is Without Shaders. There are two modifiers.

I roleplay monsters for a few reasons, but maybe the greatest among them is that I don't relate to normalcy. I don't feel like I belonged to part of an identity group or culture. I have friends, and a social sphere, but it's with other individuals. I am singular but still belong. Ergo I RP Monsters.
