While some cameras might not to be considered high quality (esp. for #portrait #photography), one can still use them for some effects - if you use them properly.

Yep, we have that same issue here. We have tax breaks for investors, which means housing is an asset and not a basic human right in Aus. Better to just leave it empty and wait for it to appreciate in value than to let someone actually live in it. It's incredibly fkd.
