And let's not forget, that many people disabled telemetry / diagnostic data sharing in their OS. Windows Update will not issue certificate updates to the machines, that have that disabled. Unless I am reading the article wrong, of course.

And yes, before someone points it out - Windows will be issuing updates (new certs) via Windows Update for the UEFIs, but after resetting said UEFI "to optimized defaults" to the pre-cert version, the new certs will be gone from the chip, therefore Secure Boot will halt the booting with a BsoD.

That's true of course - I want to believe that if someone can decipher the words "boot", "BIOS", "UEFI", screenshots themselves and they understand how important this is, then they also do know how critical this chip is, and they do know do take proper precautions. Or ask someone on-site for help.

Check your computer's manufacturer page for an updated BIOS/UEFI version, otherwise you may have boot issues with your #Windows in 2026. See support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/...

Small update on my network issues. The "HttpRangeRequestsDisable: If true, viewer will not issue GET requests with 'Range:' headers for meshes and textures. May resolve problems with certain ISPs and networking gear" seems to work after 30 teleports during candies hunt.

Before anyone sends me yet another angry DM, a disclaimer: This piece meant to be entertaining, show that science can be fun, while sacrificing some scientific accuracy (Pauli exclusion principle, quantum / Van der Waals forces etc.) on the way - but not much, I hope.
