I have to take it into account whenever I go ANYWHERE during the hours the mall is open. I can go in a direction away from the mall easily, but then turning around & trying to get home again magically adds at least half an hour to my travel time. Travel in orthogonal directions is also dicey.

I'm pretty sure I've only ever seen 1 or 2 here in NoVA, but they literally just look like a larger-than-normal grayish-brownish fox. They do behave differently sometimes, but it's hard to tell them apart if you just see one run across the road or something.

...However, all of those were on various vacations. If it's "5 animals you've seen in the wild WHERE YOU ACTUALLY LIVE", we can say:

My family always does our Thanksgiving get-together on Black Friday instead of Thursday, so I'm also being a semi-hermit with them (& food) & not going anywhere crowded
