My city has these for sweeping. They have also simpler variant for emptying public bins in the city. These can carry snow plows and spray saline fluid to keep the bike paths open in winter. In autumn, they operate in tandem, one sweeping the street and the other carrying a guy with a leaf blower.
A "larger" sweeping machine in Göttingen. A Bücher CityCat VS20 with 3 sweeping brushes (one on a movable arm) and a 2 m³ tank. It is 4.2 meters long and 1.1 meters wide. A even smaller sweeping machine sweeping a sidewalk, with a guy with a leaf blower supporting it by blowing the leaves out of the street-side greenery into the path of the machine. I don't know the model, but these also come without the brushes and can carry a snow shield and an apperatus to spray saline fluid. The simpler vehicle outfitted for cleaning the bike paths. Outside of winter, these are used for service crews, street sweepers, and emptying the public bins around the city.

#PlowTheSidewalks would pilot sidewalk snow plowing in Chicago and fix a century old burden unnecessarily placed on residents, and correct and unjust system that harms hundreds of thousands of residents. The pilot was killed over fake fears. Let’s remember who did this:
