They're a broker. I'm pretty sure there are others out there, but I've been happy with them & the cost for me has been minimal compared to the savings I've gotten over time.

Are you doing it all yourself? I like the convenience of Energy Ogre & the cost (for me at least) is worth the lack of hassle in keeping the lowest price I (through them) can find. Otherwise, hard agree on the "deregulated" state of TX utilities
