To borrow a concept from @alexroy144.bsky.social, Ram retconning their EREV truck name to "REV" not only makes way more sense than "Ramcharger", it gives them a decent opportunity to take narrative command of the next big thing in hybrid propulsion in the U.S.

Ukraine destroyed about $7b in Russian aircraft with a drone attack. Not reported is the lead time to replace those aircraft, which is probably more important.

The more vertical Uber goes on robotaxis, the more valuable Lyft becomes as a takeover target.
Just my opinion, but this Uber/Nvidia CES announcement and Dara leaving Aurora's board last week could mean Uber is soon going to start burning billions trying to catch Waymo (again) and create their own L4 Driver.

Hey, thanks! The Toyota Way by Jeff Liker 2nd Edition gives Ludicrous a shout out, and was already the core text. The Machine That Changed The World by Womack et al, and Evolution of A Manufacturing System At Toyota by Takahiro Fujimoto are both worth reading too
@niedermeyer.io I read Ludicrous recently. Great work, and an excellent starting point for any newly minted Elon sceptics. I found the contrast between manufacturing at Tesla and Toyota really interesting - can you recommend any books on Toyota?
