I spent a lot of time with the game today and I’m confident in saying Arc Raiders has the sauce.
The gameplay loop, art, sound design & combat is all top tier!
The quality of life improvements to the extraction genre this game brings makes every run - even failed runs, feel worthwhile.
Must play!

Double Fine continue to lead the way on unique, heartwarming experiences
A few minor performance hiccups aside, this game is art in the truest sense of the word!
A genuine joy to experience and I can’t wait to go back and clean up the achievements!

I can not in good conscience recommend Game Pass to the majority of players!
£29.99/pm for a subscription service is a bold ask in 2025

After an hour or so in the new Skate, I have to say the game feels like it’s lacking that tangible ‘something’
Everything feels so clinical and clean in the least interesting way. Like it’s a game designed by committee.
Hopefully as the game moves to a 1.0 in the future it can add a little heart
