Frankly, this obsession with a nonexistent American “culture” is baffling to me. Our country’s built on and by immigrants and has been since we got here. The only true American culture is indigenous and I don’t think that’s what they’re talking about.

I watched it weekly for about the first 10 or so years. Pretty sure shipping wasn’t a thing back then. If the show premiered today, dude, various character ships would so be a thing with the chemistry of that cast.

I remember reading Rosencrantz and Gildenstern Are Dead in high school. Absolutely loved it. And Brazil was life changing for how I viewed the world.
