You're great at advocating for and instigating change and reform: you have to work within the system: identify the people who can make change happen and build up trust through appreciating their efforts but offering solutions that they can implement. Genuine, lasting reform takes a lot of time!

That's impressive: rare to find someone who offers possible solutions rather than pointing out the problems. How old are they? It's hard to strike a balance between what's ideal and what's achievable: important to get other people onboard who agree with your priorities then be patient but persistent

Do you mean advice to someone who's written that and wants to know what to do with it to make change happen, or advice to someone who's been asked to write 80+ pages?
