First place in my age group. Top ten finish overall. 2hr finish on the dot. All things I’d laugh at if you told me would happen a month ago when I signed up. First ever half marathon. Training block was perfect and my race plan worked great. Now we build from here 📈 #trailrun

Got in done in some rainy conditions. Final prep for the NCT half before a taper this week. Fun training block to work through and excited for the challenge on Sunday 🏔️ #trailrun

Longest run I’ve done in 15+ years. Felt really good on a hot, muggy day. Dialing in the hydration plan for NCT half in a couple weeks. Everything coming together great 🤙🏽 #trailrun
