this week sucked so bad . and im starting exams this and next week so i actually have to eat somewhat normally . tonight weigh in at 95.6 so at least I have that going for me

started late on counting but its all good . sw 96.3 ... really just aiming for 95 . no caffeine this month which is really going to suck , but prevention measures have to stick around at least until next psychiatry appointment . hopefully may is going to be productive
