-are in place revolving around the royalties (which there absolutely has to be, this is Spotify we're talking about here). But, if the artist's intention is to make money off their songs and they play their cards right, 1k listens a year sounds like a very reasonable bar to reach.

The point I'm trying to get at is, 1k feels like a good line to draw for royalties. It actively rewards artists for growing their audience, having a more dedicated audience, and for making "good music". Granted, I have no clue what the pay for these artists are or what other stipulations-

Like, if you have 10 people listen to one of your songs once a day, you'll hit 1k in ~100 days. if you have 20 people that really like your song, you'll hit 1k within 2 months (given they all listen to it once a day).

the only other way of (easily) playing rush is with edopro, but that's not the most streamer friendly thing in the world. (though there is that one roblox game...)
