As someone with ADHD I think it's a mix. Some of us inherited it & some are presenting as ADHD through negative brain development experiences. Both can be disabling, there is no hierarchy.

He's had a tough couple of days with his arthritis & a vet visit. So I sit here with him sandwiching the electric blanket between himself & my lap. And I sweat. But look at his liddle kissable cheek! 😍
