It's kinda the dream of a system with absolute SICKO backwards compatibility that also plays new cutting edge shit. It's a Gamecube you buy in 2001 that plays the Super Mario Bros NES cartridge you bought in 1985 while Resident Evil 4's around the corner to change your life forever. Kinda crazy tbh

Like, you're tellin me there's gonna be a box where I can play ancient stuff I bought from the 360 era no problem AND eventually the new Sony shit, plus indies for sickos & even some old third-party Nintendo exclusives? The PC library no longer being gatekept by needing to build one is huge.

Tbh the only reason I got a Switch 2 was for sick Nintendo exclusives. Otherwise, there's only one platform with 15+ yrs of games I've bought under one account & can still play on one machine plus new shit & it's "whatever's in my house running Steam". A real Steam Machine would be a menace.
