This MOU currently assumes private funding. And approval by BC and First nations affected.
Will any private entity step up with the funding?
So it may never get to an approval stage.
And how much more capacity could actually be utilised?
I don't think the TMX is at full capacity yet.

Good for you. So you might not die quickly then. It might reduce but doesn't prevent the numerous mid to long term harms from COVID.

As for a dentist our family will not frequent a dentist without the staff wearing at least kn95s.

Must unmask? Why? To satisfy whom?
I've never stopped and don't intend to stop masking (mostly N95s). And the only thing I give up is dining indoors (no COVID conscious restaurants in Ottawa), and eating at hockey games and movie theaters. A small price to pay to maintain my health.
