I’ll settle for a national high school graduation exam.

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect that a complete high school education includes sufficient knowledge to at least pass the citizenship test we expect immigrants to pass.

The time and money involved alone makes it out of reach.

The last 10 years has convinced me that a frighteningly large portion of born-here’s could not pass the citizenship test.

And I think that should be a nationwide experiment.
