So as we drive back to pick up Mango from an avian specialist vet 3 hours away, we have an update. What's been wrong with Mango is this:
They found that she has a heart murmur and almost certainly has heart disease. It is genetic. It is treatable, but not curable. She will need to be on 3

X-rays normal, bloodwork normal, all the things normal. Which is good, but also WHAT is up with her leg then??? 😭 vet says just keep an eye on it. But if the episodes of not using her leg continue, she may need more tests.

Hoo boy today was a day. Mango went to the vet! She was doing weird things with one of her legs... again. And again they did an x-ray and found nothing 😭 still waiting on the radiologist is make further comments + bloodwork and stuff. Vet said it's probably some soft tissue damage.

I don't think the video picks it up, but there are kids playing and screaming outside. Here's Charlie's reaction lol. I can't tell if he thinks the screams are other birds or if he thinks children are being murdered and is sounding the alarm.
