Disobeying illegal orders cannot be sedition. The Uniform Code of Military Justice, article 92, requires service members to follow LAWFUL orders. If an order is illegal, they have a duty to DISOBEY. Obeying an illegal order can result in criminal liability.

No the Democrats in this video aren't "implying" anything. Members of the armed forces ARE required to refuse illegal orders. This is simple. Not controversial at all. And it's super revealing that MAGA is so worried that troops won't carry out an illegal order from Trump.

Kathy Hochul , gov of New York is a liberal. What concerns me as New Jesery/New York local is that Mamdani will inevitably have to compromise on certain things and I'm afraid lefties will turn on him for being too "liberal " with compromise. Unfortunately politics isn't a zero sum game in America
