Eased my tired legs in to parkrun 167 at Wollaton Hall taking time to admire the views (and steer clear of the 🦌).

Love this race, quite old school with no medals or shirts - just flat out racing!
Fast downhill start then plenty of lumps against a rather nice backdrop!

31 deg C at the Tara Kinder Memorial 10k. Not a PB night but happy to come away with 46 mins and a shoehorn!

A relative new event at Coronation Park in Swadlincote and a rather nice one it is too.
3 laps and a giant lizard 🦎

Bit of a sharpener to start trying to get a bit of pace back in the legs over the rest of the summer.
