Yes, I'm also a John Barry fan. He was one of the key creatives who helped create the tone and style of the Bond films.

Data & Troi discovered that like the Enterprise, telepathic aliens were also caught inside Tyken's Rift. Each side supplied an element which, when combined, caused an explosion that freed them. (TNG's "Night Terrors")

When Tuvok and Paris were debating the best way to construct a story, Tuvok quoted "The Dictates of Poetics" by the Vulcan author T'Hain - "a character's actions must flow inexorably from his or her established traits".
