If you want something different, I do most of my work on a site called flosscross. It’s free and very intuitive. Could be fun.

What program are you using for it? You could try a cross stitch design program. There are some free web based ones.

Ugg, typoooo booooo. *cross stitch pattern 😩

Welcome to the world of cross pattern designing. 😅 It’s fun but harder than it looks.

🙃🙃🙃 Probably already is but in secret.

I’m sorry, what? I actually thought I couldn’t be surprised by these people, but apparently I was wrong.

Nothing says “America First” like letting another country put an Air Force base in Idaho

A billion dollars is the socio-political equivalent of a loose nuke, and we should work as ruthlessly and diligently to prevent the acquisition of the former as we do the latter.

“The problem with billionaires isn’t that they’re hoarding money that would otherwise pay for a Scandinavian social utopia. It’s that their money has become a source of wildly distorted political power that allows a few men with extremist views to wreak havoc on the rest of us.”

Star Trek pumpkin 🖖☺️
Picture of a hand holding a fabric pumpkin. The main fabric is a yellowy orange with various symbols from Star Trek on it in black. The little stem is a black fabric with silver speckles.

What they fail to anticipate though is that this bit reminds the rest of the crew about Tuvix and things get awkward for a few days.

The people were racist and the shows tried to teach them not to be and the people resented that so now they’re being extra racist to get back at the shows. 🙃

Same for sure, but with my cat for years before she passed away.

I was dreaming about teaching again last night, which is annoying, but the name of the class I was teaching was really funny. I had just written it on a piece of paper when I woke up so I remember it. It was: “The History of Museums and Making Men Cry” 🤣 What?

Oh, I really liked that trilogy.

ME: Now Mom, just remember, there's a lot of disinformation and AI in your social feed and your friends' Facebook.
MOM: I know! My friend sent me this crazy post where someone used AI to make an image of a giant frog fighting Army troops!
ME: ... okay, no, that one's ... goddamit, Portland.

The pattern is an old one from Martha Stewart. I made a bunch years ago, but over time they’ve mostly gotten misplaced. Plus I have all kinds of new fabrics that need to be used.

Behold my harvest! ☺️ I want to make more because I still have more cute fabrics, but my fingers are really killing me. 😬
Picture of a collection of fabric pumpkins. They are a variety of oranges, whites, and yellows with stems that are contrasting fabrics.

🤣🤣🤣🤣

Janeway doesn’t get it, but she loves the pants. Or you know, what the pants do for his ass.

Or maybe not candy. Something Vulcany like fruit or something. 😂

Everyone else is like 😬😬😬 because they’re worried about cultural appropriation, but Tuvok thinks it means he’s been a good influence on Neelix.

Chakotay’s safe option is a famous boxer, or maybe Indiana Jones, but for some reason I’m mostly envisioning him as Elvis.

Tuvok is forced to go so he just puts on his regular Vulcan robes and says he’s Surak. Orrrr he puts on some 50s human clothes and says he’s that guy from Carbon Creek who stayed behind. Actually, I think Neelix also dresses up as a Vulcan and Tuvok is both mad and pleased.
