I couldn't decide between Bull and Davrin. (And yes the answer of Ves or Kalais applies respectively.)
Bull = that really soft look on his face the first time he calls Ves Kadan.
Davrin = any time he gets protective of Assan or refers to himself as Assan's dad. Also ⬇️

This one always makes me giggle. Obviously I picked that choice for Kalais. That boy does not engage his brain before the words come out, but he tried his best.
