What a time to have received a 9th percentile on my first MPI R01 as a new investigator...
I'm honored to have been awarded the Shields Family Research Grant for High-Grade Uterine Cancer from the Foundation for Women’s Cancer. This generous support will enable us to develop new models that more closely mimic the human disease, with the ultimate goal of benefiting patients. rb.gy/3qbh1k

“We’re fucked.” Good write-up in Nature on how the current administration has used the Federal Register as a workaround to block NIH spending without seeming to violate the injunction against the spending freeze. If it’s not rectified by September, billions of $$ for science research will be lost.
