Look up how many attempts there were on Hitler’s life as he became increasingly deranged. Then look up who was mostly trying to assassinate him (hint: his own men).

Money, is the answer to your question.

Here’s what I get when I click your link.

Compared to the .1%, the bottom 90% of us are poor.
November 30, 2025 at 9:30 PM
Precisely. It’s like celebrating tax cuts. The 1% will get a massive windfall, you’ll get $5. But the deficit increase, social programs (which help the bottom 90%) are cut, and poor people are hurt the most.

Where do you live?

I have zero desire to have the sun rise at 4am in July here in Oregon. None.
November 30, 2025 at 9:15 PM
Zero desire to have the sun rise at 4am in July, and set at 6pm in September. No thanks.

I want DST year round, or keep things how they are.

He’s reached the point where Biden was in 2023 or so, where every so often they pump him up with God knows what to make him alert, but the rest of the time he’s become a doddering old man suffering from cognitive decline.

Trump’s mental state is akin to Biden in about 2023. But it hardly matters as he’s a cult figure. The fascist oligarchs and Christian nationalists are usurping control.

Don’t forget Trump told Laura Ingram we needed to let certain workers in the US (Hyundai battery plant), as we don’t have the workers here capable. So he’s no friend of workers, just racist.

Right out of the playbook of totalitarian dictatorships. The next steps will be critics imprisoned, disappearing, or dying in mysterious incidents.

If BYD were allowed in the US they would sell like crazy. But we would rather force people to buy Teslas in order to protect a grifting white supremacist and help him become a trillionaire.
November 28, 2025 at 5:06 PM
BYD is rapidly making inroads in Europe already. They are effectively banned, or tariffed out of existence (up to 200%) in the US to protect Tesla and others. If we allowed their sale here, they would cost $12-20k per vehicle. We’d rather help a grifting white supremacist become a trillionaire.
November 27, 2025 at 7:22 PM
BYD is rapidly making inroads in Europe as well, already in Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, etc. Positioned to dominate a market space below Mercedes.

Brilliant!

We badly need more of this across the entire country. SBA loans are notoriously difficult to get for the smallest of businesses. The government, good leadership, should be able to cut through that red tape and open up the SBA spigot.

After all, look at how great capitalism has been for millions in America’s fastest growing economic demographic: the working poor.

Maybe they can kill socialist programs like Medicare next, force people to buy their healthcare on the capitalist market.

Someone named Carson Beck liked my post. Woohoo! Since I’m a Raiders fan, maybe we can draft “you” in the 2nd round or so. Get back together with Bowers. Would have to be better than Geno Smith. Might be fun to watch. And the Lamborghini would look great on the Strip. 😎

As governor she could create her own little MAGA, with herself as cult leader. I can see it now: Make Georgia Great Again (like it was in 1950…or 1850 even).
November 24, 2025 at 8:58 PM
Does he even understand this? Seriously.
November 24, 2025 at 8:56 PM
Or Governor.

Uh, ever been to Twitter/X? All of social media is filled with bitterness, but Bluesky is fairly tame compared to others.

A lot of people assume a published author must be raking in the cash and have it easy.

Texan, and rich. And obviously doesn’t care about morals. So…
