The eternal struggle. The highs of a combo deck are nice, but draining the life force from your opponent with control can be very satisfying.

-2/3rds of the avocado need to be mashed with a potato mashed or ricer. Finer the better. Mix all ingredients into the mash and make sure everything is well distributed. Then 1/4" dice the remaining avos and stir in to give some chunkiness to it.

-use more salt than you think. Yes balance based on type of chips but you want a generous amount of salt
