If you want friends that like what you like the best thing to do is join a discord and community (you can search for them) for that special interest or show or game or hobby.

And find someone who clicks.

But friendships only work if same energy is put in on both ends.

Take system. You let people vent first(usually) you vent to them later. Otherwise if all you do is vent or drain them, they are going to run for the hills and feel used.

It’s harder when you’re always going through hard times, but you need a therapist for that.
