What's happening now is kind of worse. The Nazis rose to power while the German Economy was in shambles, with hyperinflation, etc. The great crisis in America was “You must be nice to people you don't like”. The original Nazi-enablers were facing starvation—we were facing tolerating drag queens.
All these kooks itching for civil war do know they can only fire one gun at a time, right? Owning 37 assault rifles doesn't make you 37-times as deadly as one guy with grandpa's hunting rifle.

In the real world, instead of a Voigt-Kampff Empathy Test, we'd have to use the Screw Yourself But Your Neighbor Worse MAGA Test.
All benefits programs are either going to be over or under inclusive and I’d rather have an over inclusive system rather than an under inclusive any day of the week.
Balancing "no person with a disability should be denied accommodations" with "it's important to discourage non-disabled people from pretending to be disabled to take advantage of these accommodations" is really difficult and I don't have a great answer for what anyone should do about it.

I'm new to thinking about #ableism, and I'm wondering… can you view it all as being about profits? If universities exist only to create employees, accommodations are bad, because who wants an employee who generates less net revenue? Anyone net-negative on resources in life should be jettisoned?
