Counting every retail release :
Nintendo released 6 titles in the first 7 months of Switch 1 compared to 11 titles in the same period after Switch 2 launched.

Nintendo will have launched 6 major new titles in 7 months since Switch 2 released.
That's not counting the Mario galaxy bundle and NS2 Editions.
It's more than the first Nintendo Switch, which only got 5 titles (counting MK8 Deluxe).

Mario Kart World is over 1.9m units sold, counting bundle sales alone.
