These aren't questions a writer needs to answer. Just re-start it with a new actor. There's a new bond every 10-15 years anyway and nobody has ever explained that before. We saw Craig's Bond get his 00 if you want to give some backstory and just re-boot the character.

Yeah this would be a mean, mean lineup. Steve Smith might pair nicely to provide a little shooting or you just say fuck it and go all in with JRich.
