Ok I didn’t want to give it too much time today as I would like to play #silksong (it’s been a week and I need my shot).
So again, I mixed both “reckless” ( #inktober) and “cachette/hidden spot” ( #chatonktober). Do you see it?
I tried something I saw on YouTube for the bush but not quite there yet

Today took me quite a while. It was really challenging but I feel like I made some progress. Definitely not on shadows but heh hahaha.

Ok so today it was “Deer” for #inktober and “Génie” (Genius/Genie) for #chatonktober. I tried to mix them both again to create somewhat of an awkward situation. Didn’t work so much on the details are the poses were kinda difficult enough already. You can tell the Cat genie had a tough day x)

Day 2 of #inktober and #chatonktober. Got a big headache so I did quick. I need to lay in my bed for the next 10 hours or so. (Yes I was a bit lazy for the “weave” ^^’)

This was a very chill jam where we experimented a bit with mechanics and art style. A fun and relaxing week end!

The siren is something. Really something. The environment is beautiful and the music is full of emotion, like lots of details in this game. But the staging when you arrive down there. First the tunnel. Then the bridge. I had no choice but to just walk slowly towards, on that sad path.

Yeah right! Genius design. I stopped after a second and was like « am I really doing 2 completely different things at the same time with my right hand just in automation???! » it just blew my mind. It’s so powerful, you don’t get that kind of design and experience everyday.

The voice overs are not in rest and take you hand throughout the whole story. You’re part of this family and they intend to make it feel that way.

The musique plays the melody of the emotions, as if it was reflecting on what you’re feeling as you play. Not forcing it out bringing it but really playing in your heads, with you.

The narrative is perfectly tied to a Level Design and Gameplay that’s only there to serve the story. It is simply excellent.
The Level Art is painting its love for what it has to tell with lots and lots of details while still driving your eyes calmly to the next frame.
