The commands for the pishock don't queue up, they overwrite themselves in real time. It appears that you might have a very old version or the software.

Pishock can do all the way down to 0.1 too. The API you need to send in milliseconds and the website you just select 0.1 in the duration selection or very quickly tap in remote mode.

The problem with eye tracking is it's a lot harder to make something that works with all headsets due to having to install it inside the headset. We want to do it, but we're still investigating our options.
