30 years to the day of the Budapest memorandum. Lots of promises and guarantees for Ukraine. They gave up their nuclear weapons. The last 10 years of war. Nothing will stop russia but #NATO membership for Ukraine. Ukraine will not and cannot trust in anything but Article 5 for its future defence. 🇺🇦
