Cool milk applied to the afflicted areas will immediately bring relief from the burning and heat of pepper spray in the eyes and on the skin. The active is Capsicum oil. Applying water to the area makes things worse by spreading the stinging oil further. Diluted baby shampoo will wash it off too

It would follow that nicotine poisoning by ingesting the contents of flavored ‘vape’ refilling fluid would be up too since they came on the market. Nicotine extracts are also dangerous if they get on the skin or clothing in contact with the skin. Just a few mg of it could kill a small child (:

It is probably obvious to many of them already, but they are sort of paralyzed by fear and uncertainty. They know how petty relentlessly vindictive their Orange Leader is to towards those lawmakers who vote against him. They also have little confidence that any of their colleagues have their backs

That is absolutely true, and yes they are very promiscuous with their use of pepper balls. They are not particularly diligent about shooting them at the ground near the people they wish to repel so that they will burst and release their irritating contents on the people nearby
