Delighted that our Housing Bill was just passed by the Scottish Parliament.

It will deliver a fairer deal for tenants - more affordable rents, safer homes, stronger protections.

It will help prevent homelessness, and ultimately, change lives.

And it will bring new investment in housing.

It beggars belief that the UK Labour government still hasn’t committed to scrapping the cruel two-child cap.

Child poverty in Scotland is lower than 30 years ago and falling, unlike the rest of the UK.

But there is much more to do - by working together, we must deliver more joined-up services for families, when and where they need it.

We will deliver new humanitarian aid:

⚪️ £400,000 funding towards a new field hospital for Gaza, designed in Scotland.

⚪️ £600,000 to the UN’s humanitarian fund for food, medicine and shelter.

⚪️ Medical treatment in Scotland for up to 20 injured children from Gaza.

⚪️ Unconditionally recognise the State of Palestine.

⚪️Sanction the Israeli security cabinet and those responsible for illegal settlements.

⚪️Ban imports from settlements.
