I just kicked off a new vegan cooking class! 7 enthusiastic participants dived into the flavors of Indian cuisine. We made amazing naan, 3 flavorful curries packed with cumin, turmeric, and other spices, paired with a must-have apple chutney. Everything turned out incredible - like vegan food is.
